How can I create Instagram posts for my football club?
You set up your club with its logo and club colors, create your teams and invite coaches or team managers via a Telegram link. After the match, the coach sends /ergebnis to the GameDayPost bot, picks the match or enters the opponent and the score – and gets the finished Instagram post right in the chat. It works the same way for handball, volleyball, basketball and other sports.
How does GameDayPost work with Telegram?
Every contact gets a personal invite link or QR code and uses it to connect their Telegram account – no registration and no password. The bot asks for the result step by step and, after a win, optionally for an extra line such as “Promoted to the A league”. If the club’s Instagram account is connected, the post can then be published straight from the chat.
Can I include club crests and sponsors?
Yes. Every post shows your club’s crest and the opponent’s crest. You upload sponsor logos once and they then appear automatically on your result posts – included from the Starter plan upwards.
Do I need any additional software?
No. You manage your club, teams and contacts in the browser. Coaches and team managers only need Telegram. No graphics software is needed – GameDayPost creates the graphic automatically.
Can I use my own Instagram templates?
Yes. You can choose from several ready-made templates that are automatically designed in your club colors and with your crest. Or you upload your own frame as a PNG (1080 × 1350 pixels with a transparent area for the photo) and drag the crests, score, sponsors and team shortcut to where you want them with your mouse.
Is GameDayPost suitable for several teams?
Yes. Each team has its own contacts and reports its own results; if you like, the post shows the team’s short name. How many teams you can create depends on your plan. Compare plans and number of teams
Do I have to create every match by hand?
No. You import match schedules and opponents in bulk from a CSV file, for example exported from Excel – you only map the columns once. Football clubs can also upload a team's match schedule straight from fussball.de as a PDF. You can of course still add matches one by one.
